I watch In Session nearly every day, and I, too, am curious about the outcome concerning Elizabeth Halverson. My feeling is that she should never be allowed to sit on the bench again -- not that I think she could ever be elected again! Her demeanor was disgraceful. I might have hesitated to believe the allegations against her had she not been such an arrogant, unpleasant person on the stand! I must admit, though, that she was fascinating to watch! I feel that to a certain extent, 6 or 7 year olds may be able to remember certain instances about different situations, but to put someone on trial based upon their testimony is preposterous. Their memory is limited to what they think happened and more on accounts that they were told happened.
